Convening the following three groups: 

Evaluation working group 

• This group will guide the evaluation process of the project including tracking baseline data, evaluation measures and undersigned organizational participation in evaluation. 

Communications working group 

•  This group will guide the internal communications with the undersigned as well as the external communications with the public about the project.
• This group will also evaluate the resources available for listen, learn and act.

Advisory Committee

• This group will serve as a steering committee for the project. 
• Its first task will be to explore the onboarding process for undersigned.
