The City of Rochester is looking to have up to 10 floors of housing constructed on top of a brand new 650 unit parking ramp.
This is in both a targeted census tract, an opportunity zone and a couple blocks from the Mayo Clinic. The city spent an addition $500k to ensure footings could serve up to 10 addition levels of housing.
