Community members and faith leaders will hold the vigil immediately before the Olmsted County Board meeting to bear witness to the suffering this bill will unleash on our families and communities. We will ask local county, city, and school board leaders to use their power to speak up against the cuts that will harm their constituents and their budgets.
Event timeline:

5:00-5:15: Gather at Government Center.

5:15-5:35: Faith leaders and testifiers speak on the impacts of the bill and call local elected officials to action.

5:35-6:00: Silent witness as county commissioners and community members arrive for the county board meeting.

6:00-6:30: Attend the county board meeting for public comment period. If you wish, sign up to speak.
